Organised overseas trip to Vietnam for 570 distributors in March. This study tour was to reflect on the past and explore the culture of Vietnam.

Signed an agreement with KAEAM Food Corporation Ltd, a renowned natural bamboo salt manufacturer from South Korea in April. The agreement granted Hai-O the sole distributorship of natural bamboo salt in Malaysia and to the world.

A total of 144 distributors went to Holland and Belgium in an unforgettable exciting overseas trip to countries famed for beautiful scenery and uniquely amazing buildings.

Launched new product WHITE COFFEE SHAKE in the Diamond Night in April. This product contains no artificial colouring, preservatives and cholesterol yet handy that suits the demanding lifestyles of the current generation.

Regaled shopping spree while gaining knowledge to 850 distributors in overseas trip to Guangzhou in July.

Received the honour from the World Federation of Direct Selling Association (WFDSA) and DSAM for voluntarily participating and meeting the criteria of the Global Code of Ethics Recognition Programme 2012.

Received the “Promising Company Award” from the Publication of Malaysia 1000 in collaboration with the Malaysian Foreign Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and Malaysian News Agency (BERNAMA).

Over 600 dealers went to Hong Kong for overseas seminar. Besides, other incentives such as trips to Perth and Jakarta for 155 and 103 dealers respectively.

Hai-O Marketing 19th Anniversary with the presence of about 6,000 dealers. A total of 33 Crown Diamond Manager (CDM) dealers received the award as outstanding entrepreneurs. The ceremony was held at MAEPS Serdang in November 2011 with the theme “Strive For A Perfect Vision.”

Listed as Forbes Asia's 200 Best Under A Billion for fourth consecutive time. The award was presented in November 2010 by Forbes Deputy Chairman, Christopher Forbes in Hong Kong.

Bestowed the Malaysian Business Ethics Excellence Award 2010/2011 with highest appreciation by Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.

Sending 322 Hai-O distributors to Switzerland for 7 days 4 nights incentive trip in October 2010.

Organizing a mega Anniversary event with an attendance of 10,000 distributors! The event was held in December 2010 at Malawati Stadium, Shah Alam and was officiated by YB Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism.

Received Prime Minister's CSR Awards 2009 under the category of Empowerment of Woman from Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. The award was presented personally by the Prime Minister, Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak.

Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd spread its wing into the Indonesian market. A company called PT. Hai-O Indonesia was established in Jakarta.

Invested in a mega exposure campaign in the main media including advertisements in TV3 and TV9, 30 billboards along the main highways and special feature proramme in Wanita Hari ini and Majalah Tiga.

CDM Convention was attended by 166 distributors in Berjaya Hills Bukit Tinggi. Among the special guest is Assistant Director of Direct Selling Unit from the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism.

Three Diamond Nights was organised due to the increasing numbers of Diamond Managers. Every Diamond event will be attended by more than 5,000 distributors.

Setting a new record for Hai-O and TH Travel & Services Sdn Bhd, 426 distributors had been sent to perform Umrah in Makkah. This was the biggest group ever organised by TH Travel and a cheque worth RM2.43 million was presented to TH Travel CEO, Mejar (B) Tuan Haji Mohd Ramli Othman in one Diamond Night event.

Hai-O Foundation was established for philantrophic efforts and to serve the community. 500 Bio Aura units worth RM2 million was donated by Hai-O Marketing to Hai-O Foundation for distribution among schools, orphanage homes, underprivileged centers and to those in needs.

A mega 17th anniversary event took place at Stadium Malawati Shah Alam with a record attendance of 10,000 distributors. Tun Musa Hitam officiated the event with 110 CDM receiving their recognition on stage. The most famous Malaysian singer, Dato Siti Nurhaliza was invited to entertain the guests.

Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd moved to a new place in Jalan Kapar which provided a wider and more comfortable space for administration and logistic purposes. The new 28 acres office which aptly called ¡°Wawasan Hai-O¡± outlined a new vision for better services and exceptional administration from the company.

Special Award to Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd on "Malaysian Business Ethics Excellence Award 2008" by The Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs. This special award was conveyed by Y.B. Dato' Shahrir B Abdul Samad.

Hai-O Enterprise Bhd has been awarded the "Best Under A Billion" for the second consecutively year. This award delivered by Christopher Forbes, Vice Chairman of Forbes Inc.

Special Award To Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd On "Sumbangan ke Arah Melahirkan Masyarakat Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Bumiputera" By The Ministry of Enterpreneur and Cooperative Development. This special award was conveyed by YAB Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Prime Minister.

As an extension of its multi-racial philosophy and support for charity, Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd had sponsoring RM15,000 worth of the Mystical Steppes: Along the Silk Road show tickets for several Malay shelter homes in the Klang Valley.

MARA and Hai-O had organized the Program of Development for Local Entrepreneur and successful attracted more than 100 graduates to participate into the program.
