Ingredients are:

Min Kaffe, 1 sachet

Boiling water, 1 cup

Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon

Egg yolks, 3 large

Castor sugar, ¼ cup

Mascarpone cheese, 250 gm

Sifted icing sugar, ¼ cup

Whipping cream, 175 ml

Italian ladyfingers, 18-20 pieces

Cocoa powder for sifting

Chocolate bar for shaving


To prepare:

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix Min Kaffe and boiling water until dissolved .Mix well and let it cool completely.

  2. Heat water in a saucepan and let it simmer. Meanwhile in another bowl, add egg yolks and sugar into the bowl and whisk over the boiling water. Set aside.

  3. Then add whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract into a mixer. Whisk until soft peak forms.

  4. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, egg mixture and whipping cream. Mix well and set aside.

  5. To arrange, dip italian ladyfingers into the Min Kaffe mixture and place at the bottom of a baking tray/container. Scoop the cheese filling and spread all over the ladyfingers. Repeat until all ingredients is finished. Then let it chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

  6. To serve, sift cocoa powder on top with shaved chocolate bar. Min Kaffe Tiramisu is ready to be served. Enjoy!
